SilTest provides state-of-the-art Semiconductor Test and Qualification services to customers around the world. We create innovative solutions for semiconductor product developers to bring their ideas to mass production, efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.

Our team is looking for several Software Developers in our Product Enablement Group. As a Software Developer at SilTest, you will be the chief enabler of the team. If you are good at architecting new tools and automating processes, we should talk. Our customers value quality, time to market, and efficient production. The 3 pillars that define all our activities within the Product Enablement Group. 

 Typical Job Responsibilities: 

• Support our internal teams and customers to automate various development processes.
• Work with our customers to understand what is limiting their productivity and efficiency. Make proposals to solve their problems using the software.
• Design and implement software in C/C++/Java and Python.
• Design new tools as per a defined architecture (front-end & back-end).
• Write test cases to perform extensive software testing.
• Troubleshoot, locate bugs and fix them. Engage in constructive discussions, peer reviews and help your teammates to build great software.
• Be able to work with legacy customer software, modify, fix errors, perform updates and maintenance, and improve performance.
• Provide customer support in case of issues.
• Prepare documentation and user guides.
• Train others on what you learned.

Key Qualification Requirements:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of multiple operating systems.
• An eye for detail, a passion for quality, and building something that people love.
• Excellent communication (in English) and interpersonal skills.
• A can-do attitude and teamwork necessary to work in a multicultural, international team
