Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Senior Sales Manager with proven experience in selling technical services and deploying semiconductor software solutions. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, converting qualified leads, and driving revenue growth across EMEA and other global markets. The ideal candidate understands the semiconductor landscape deeply – from IDM and fabless models to OSATs, test houses, and tool providers, and knows how to speak the language of engineers and executives alike.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy for SilTest's services (test & product engineering) and software tools (e.g., VISTAR, YieldOptiX).

Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with semiconductor clients (fabless, IDMs, OSATs, foundries, etc.).

Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing; handle negotiations, contracts, and onboarding.

Represent SilTest at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams to align offerings to customer needs.

Provide feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous improvement.

Maintain CRM records and produce sales forecasts and performance reports.
Requirements

7+ years of experience in sales/business development in the semiconductor industry, especially in services or software.

Deep understanding of backend semiconductor processes, test and product engineering, yield management, and related tools.

Proven track record of selling to semiconductor R&D, operations, or engineering teams.

Strong network across Europe (and ideally also in Asia or the US).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented.

Fluent in English & German, other European languages are a plus.
