ATE Interface Boards

Our custom load boards are engineered for stability under high-stress production environments. Whether for final test or system-level validation, we ensure tight control over thermal behavior, mechanical durability, and signal integrity across major ATE platforms.

Qualification Boards

Designed for stress. Built for endurance. We develop HTOL, burn-in, and reliability test boards that withstand extreme conditions such as high temperature and current. These boards are qualified for platforms like Advantest, Teradyne, Chroma, and NI, ensuring seamless test execution under long-term load.
