Our fast-growing team is looking for ATE Test Engineers with hands-on experience on Advantest V93000 SmarTest 8 and Teradyne UltraFLEX / UltraFLEXplus. The role covers new product introduction, test program development, silicon bring-up, characterization, correlation, production release and yield/test-cost improvement.

• Develop test plans for new IPs and products based on requirements defined by market segment, design architecture, DFT and product engineering.

• Develop, debug and maintain ATE test programs on Advantest V93000 SmarTest 8 and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX / UltraFLEXplus platforms.

• Create and maintain test flows, test methods, pin maps, level/timing setups, pattern integration, limit tables, datalogging and characterization setups.

• Convert, integrate and validate digital patterns and tester files generated from DFT, simulation or customer-specific formats.

• Execute silicon bring-up, device characterization, shmoo analysis, correlation, guardbanding and release-to-production activities.

• Support test hardware development and validation, including probe cards, load boards, sockets, fixtures, interface boards and handling-related requirements.

• Drive production test cost reduction, test time optimization, multisite efficiency, yield improvement and failure pareto analysis.

• Develop special characterization tests to ensure products meet quality standards, datasheet limits and design specifications.

• Support production ramp, sustained production, customer issue debug, failure analysis and continuous improvement activities.

• Automate regular engineering tasks, reporting, data analysis and documentation.

 

 

Requirements

Key Qualifications

 

• Hands-on experience in ATE test development, product engineering, characterization or production test support.

• Practical experience with Advantest V93000 SmarTest 8, including test program structure, setup files, levels, timing, vectors, flows, test methods, debug and characterization tools.

• Practical experience with Teradyne UltraFLEX and/or UltraFLEXplus, including IG-XL-based program development, debug, datalogging, correlation and production release activities.

• Good understanding of one or more semiconductor test domains such as digital, mixed-signal, RF, power management, MEMS or high-speed interface testing.

• Knowledge of common semiconductor IPs such as HSIOs, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, oscillators, PMUs, DC/DC converters, and communication interfaces.

• Programming capability in one or more languages such as Java, C, C++, C#, VB/VBA or Python.

• Experience with STDF, datalog analysis, characterization reports, test limits, yield analysis and production debug is a strong plus.

• Knowledge of semiconductor product development lifecycle from test specification through production release.

• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
